We’re Changing Our Name.

BHC is changing its name in 2021 to Alliance Care360 to reflect our new direction, mission, vision and values.

what’s in the new name?

In direct response to the changing times, the evolution of the health industry, the expanding needs of our stakeholders, individuals and communities we serve. BHC will continue to address racial and gender health inequities to end the HIV epidemic, while addressing homelessness, post incarceration, poverty and mental health challenges impacting the people/communities that we serve. Until further notice; please defer to Brothers Health Collective, until our corporate status has changed with the Illinois Secretary of State and the Internal Revenue Service.

Collaborations

Our impact is amplified through the synergy of grassroots, community-based and compassionate partnerships. The "360°" in our name symbolizes our inclusive and reciprocal approach to sustainable solutions, attained only when we partner with Federal, State and Local governments, social service organizations, the private sector and the impacted communities we serve. Our financial, operational and program management systems provide assurance to our funding partners and reinforce the capabilities of programmatic implementation and return on investment.

Real World

Our name Alliance Care360, reflects our approach to addressing many complex real-world challenges we experience while serving our stakeholders, who reside in low-resource communities. We are caring. We apply compassion. We believe in customization. We have a connection with community. We believe in program service integration and program collaboration. We deliver thoughtful responses to these challenges. Our staff regularly contribute to community planning goals, local advocacy policies, local government guidelines, and present our findings to stakeholders to encourage program replication and provide real-time, people-centered input to our funding partners.  We are innovative thinkers, when interventions require a narrow focus, we begin with the big picture in mind — thinking holistically and applying both an emotional and cultural intelligence lens in our search for solutions.
